Nayib Bukele says Haiti’s gangs do not want to fight his soldiers. But footage of unopposed patrols does not prove that criminal power is weakening. Haitians deserve verifiable results, civilian protection, and clear answers about the mission’s objectives—not declarations of strength built around selected images.
